We live in a democratic country. The citizens of a democratic country are granted some rights which are not allowed to an alien. These rights are mentioned in the constitution. These rights are called fundamental rights. Fundamental rights are very important. In the normal condition, the citizens cannot be deprived of the fundamental rights. Nepalese citizens have been given a number of fundamental rights. But we will read about only two. They are right to freedom and right to quality.
